This place is absolutely ridiculous and unreasonable. I ordered 2 medium pizzas.. one with pepperoni and bacon. It barely had any cheese bacon or pepperonI on it. I called to complain and they offered to give credit only to that store. I explained I lived in florida and that would not work. They said I would need to bring the pizzas back and they would replace.. pretty difficult when your kids are starving and you have to keep driving back and forth. They refused to give a refund or deliver the pizzas.
I love papa johns at Cole Road in Hagerstown. I'm there about once weekly and the guys are great to me. Pizza great too!
We ordered pizza at 8pm and were told 28-38 minutes for delivery time. I called at 9pm and was told a driver went home. 9:27pm my husband called and was told its on its way. 9:45 husband called again and instead of us being first to be delivered they put three others ahead of us.my total delivery time was 1 hr and 50 minutes.
Nice staff. A bit small for a pizza place. Very high premiums. However they give you discounts when certain sports teams meet a certain criteria
Food was good the cashier swiped my card 5 times. I am still not sure why. He also kept looking at the back of my card. Not sure why. In general he needs more customer service training. We us this PJ'S all the time and up until now have had good service.
